Few weeks to 2 years...

From KRUI's Programming Director Erica Barnes:

"Predicted times for the IMU opening to students is anywhere between a few weeks to 2 years.
At this point we are speculating that shows may not start up until the fall. That will either be in the IMU or in a remote location."

So unfortunately the show will not air live over the radio however I will keep you updated with the best in electronic music in the world by blog.

Hey KRUIers, if you didn't know the station is currently closed due to flood waters. I know it has been so long since I have been on the air that many of you are prob wondering if the show is still going. Of course, the IC Essential Mix will be back on the air as soon as possible. I will try to give everyone their fix of great music through the blog until the station is open!

KRUI went back to live DJs at 7 AM CST this morning so if you turn you dials on now there should be live DJs for 99% (accounting for a random short out) of the time till Spring Break!
