Shawn Johnson who I share a hometown of West Des Moines, IA with (Coach Liang Chow's gym was within a mile of my old house and also former coach at University of Iowa) won her first gold medal on the balance beam in the Beijing Olympics. Truly an awesome job at the Olympics Shawn - way to rep. WDM!

Congratulations Shawn Johnson
